Vicki's vision of providing the development and delivery of high quality customized leadership training that focused on both the learner and the business was the catalyst for the formation of her privately held company.  The success of the company is largely due to Vicki's commitment to ensuring that all offerings use solid accelerative learning principles which address all learning styles and focus on the needs of the learner.  This approach improves learning retention and decreases time to proficiency.  After learners return to the workplace, Vicki coaches as needed to support leaders as they implement learned behaviors and accelerate performance improvement.

In addition to her own company, Vicki is part of the ORG team. Vicki provides consulting to management and union leaders in the design and delivery of training curriculum to increase labor-management collaboration.  Custom training topics have included Interest-based Leadership, Developing Change Agents, Implementing the Involve/Discuss/Share Philosophy, and Joint Communication Skills training.  All training design incorporates accelerative learning principles and focuses on helping labor and management lead change effectively while building internal capability to sustain results.

Vicki's ability to work with leaders has been largely shaped by the variety of key leadership roles she has held in the corporate sector including:

 

LEADER OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING - BELL HELICOPTER, A TEXTRON COMPANY

Vicki was responsible for the development and execution of the strategic learning plan for Bell Helicopter world-wide.  She implemented processes and resources to ensure the enterprise had the managerial and professional talent needed to successfully compete in the market place.  Her team designed, developed, purchased, delivered, and evaluated training programs to support the talent strategy of Bell Helicopter and Textron.

 

LEADER OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE - AMERICAN AIRLINES, CARGO DIVISION

Vicki formed and led the organizational change management team and provided change management strategy to support AA Cargo's large scale re-engineering efforts.   She recruited and led a cross-functional team of subject matter experts who identified and implemented 40 'quick hits' in a 2 year period resulting in $4MM annual savings for the division.  Vicki collaborated with management and union leaders to engage represented and non-represented employees in designing and implementing process, technology, and organizational changes. Her team partnered with Cargo leaders to identify, engage, educate, and motivate change agents for the division to support the successful implementation of $60MM project.
